As part of our desire to deepen our understanding of Israeli society in all its facets the students of Bnei David spent the day at the Jewish Statesmanship Center in a day long workshop on the topic: "Israeli Society – Between Tribes and a Nation". This workshop was organized by Rabbi Eliezer Bar-On, the head of our Ma'ale Ephraim branch, Itzik Fuchs, the director of the center (and graduate of the 10th class of Bnei David), and was led by Dr. Meir Duvdevani, the deputy-director of the center. In this workshop our students participated in riveting lectures and discussions with Dr. Asaf Malach, the head of the center, Mr. Amit Levi, one of the founders, and Professor Udi Label from the senior staff of Ariel University.
