Boca Raton is on the map of Bnei - David

פורסם ב: טז' טבת תשע"ו

On Shabbat Parashat Vayigash (Dec. 19, 2015), Rabbi Sadan was the guest of Rabbi Efrem Goldberg’s BRS congregation in Boca Raton, Florida. Throughout Shabbat Rabbi Sadan spoke with the community’s teachers and educators, gave shiurim and held discussions with the Ashkenazi and Sephardi minyanim on Yosef and his brothers – the connection between the holy and the mundane.

Before the Mincha service, Rabbi Sadan gave an hour-long shiur on Israel’s wars – miracles or the natural course of events? - and at Seuda Shlishit answered questions on religion and state and about Bnei David’s mechina program.

On Saturday evening Rabbi Sadan participated in a special program organized by the community to mark 30 days since the death of Ezra Schwartz, HY"D, who was murdered in a terrorist attack in Gush Etzion. A friend of Ezra’s, who was sitting in the car with him during the attack, is a member of BRS and spoke at the program.

Other speakers at this event included the Israeli consul in Florida and Rabbi Sadan, who spoke about Kiddush Hashem in our generation.

We would like to thank the congregation and Rabbis Goldberg and Moskowitz for their warm hospitality and Avi and Dudu Ben Zikri for their hospitality and concern for our needs.
