The students are tasked with developing models to meet the educational and spiritual challenges of our time. The program includes training seminars and workshops for developing interpersonal and communication skills. The students are exposed to a wide range of learning environments in order to broaden their knowledge of the field. The program leads to an Israeli Ministry of Education senior teacher’s certificate in the field of Talmud and Jewish Thought. The alumni serve as teachers in various educational frameworks: traditional Jewish primary schools, the state school system, and ad hoc institutes.
