On Monday (12th of Sivan) we went with Aviad Asaf, the guy in charge of staying in contact with the students of the Yeshiva Gevoha who are currently serving in the army. We went to the south, to see military exercises in Shizafon and Tze'aylim.

Leaving early in the morning we first met with graduates of the Gefen Battalion from Officer Training School, who were busy in completing accessory courses to their officer training. We then met with Armored Corps soldiers in various phases of their training and with their commanders. In the end went to see soldiers who in the due course of their training to be Noncoms were doing training exercises in urban fighting. It turned out that we found graduates of the Mechina together with guys from the yeshiva, training together.

Recently Avishai Ma'udo has joined as an added person in charge of staying in contact with the yeshiva's student presently in the army, and we wish him success.
